What if I need something custom?

Many mid-sized teams sit between these tiers—for example, multi-site networks, regulated data, or a pending supplier assessment. Email your constraints; we reply with a written scope, timeline, and fixed or capped fee before any work begins. You always approve the plan first.

Is there a contract for monthly plans?

Managed Security is billed monthly with clear written terms: what we monitor, how we notify you, and how changes are approved. There is no multi-year lock-in designed to trap you; renewal is explicit, and you can exit on the notice period stated in your agreement—typically short, so you are never left guessing. Communication happens by email or Signal.

What does “server management” actually include?

In practice we focus on security-related operations for the servers and services in scope: scheduled vulnerability scanning, routing critical alerts to the right people, and coordinating security patches with you (testing windows, rollback, and communication). We are not a full IT helpdesk for laptops, printers, or day-to-day software support—those stay with your existing partner or internal owner while we keep the defensive layer disciplined.
